preaching by Elder Ross met in Conference

I Bro. John Bond Moderator.

II A door was opn'd for reception of new members and two Negroes
of Sister Burketts was recd. by Letter, Joe + Nancy --

III On motion the buyseness respecting Bro. John Doerr was call'd
and after necessary Information was recd. he was Excuminicated
Return of Deaths Bros. H. Speller, Jesse Bazmore Junr. Sisters Sarah
Daffin, Ann Moore, Dolly Sulciant [?], Negro's Joe belonging to Collins
Joe belonging to Bonner + Guy --

IV On motion agreed that Brethren Aaron Spivey Speller + Bond
be appointed a commitee to settle the act. of the Treasure and
report to next Conference --

V Ordered that Bro. John Bond be appointed Treasure in resme [?]
of Bro. Outlaw resigned --

Dismiss'd prayer by Bro. Thos. Sutton

II A door was opned for reception of new members

III The Commitee appointed to Settle the acct. of the Treasure made
report that after examining the Treasures book find a ballance
due from the Treasure of Four pounds Seven Shillings + 11 d
which ballance he is directed to pay over to the Treasure --

IV On motion Elder Spivey + Bro. G. Outlaw was appointed to represent
us in the next Association + that 2 0/- be sent by there hands
to the Association fund + that the Church prepare a Letter to accompany

V A complaint was lodged agst. Bro. Bird Michell for disorderly conduct
and he ordered to be cited to attend next Conference -- and
also agst. Bro. Jo. Bartlett for excesive Drinking + he ordered to be cited
