VI On motion ordered that Bro. George Outlaw write a Letter to our next
Association & present the same to morrow. Adjorn'd by prayer

Saturday met agreeable to adjornment and after preaching by
Elder James Ross met in Conferece.

I On motion the Buyseness respecting Bro. Brogdon that was laid over Yesterday
was call'd up, and after meture Deliberation he was Excuminicated

II The commitee appointed to draw up & present a plan for to rase money
for Support of the fund that was produced & laid over Yesterday, was call'd
up and the plan approbated. Brethren Hardy & Outlaw added to the commitee
to regulate the Sums anexed to each name.

III Bro Outlaw, who was appointed to write a Letter to the Association
handed it in which was read & received.

IV On motion the Clerk is requested to cite Bro. Charles Thompson
to appear before next conference to give Satisfaction for excesive Drinking

V On motion ordered that in futer information should be given to
Clerk of all Deaths of our Brethren & Sisters & that he enter the same
on the Church Book -- Dismiss'd by Prayer

Saturday before the 5th Lords day in May 1807 After
Preaching by Elder Gillam met in Conference

I Bro. Jonathan Spivey chosen Moderator --

II On motion a door was opn'd to receive new member

III On motion the buyseness respecting Bro. Charles Thompson
was call'd up he being present came forward and gave
the Church Satisfaction & was recd. into Fellowship

IV On motion Elder Aaron Spivey, Brethren Suton & Outlaw was appointed a committe to inquire into the conduct
of Bro. John Doers [?] & make report to next Conference.

V On motion the Clk is requested to insert the Death of
Sisters Bently, Bond, Dempsey & Moore Brethren Jesse
Bazmore Junr. & Wm. Skiles. Dismis'd etc.
