Saturday before 1st Lord's day in Feby. 1806 After
Preaching by Elder Poindexter met in Conference

I On motion Bro. Jonathan Spivey was chosen Moderator

II On motion a door was opned for reception of new members

III On motion the Buyseness respecting Bro. Miers was call'd up
and after some debate on the same Ordered that be laid over untill
next conference

IV On motion the Buyseness respecting Bro. Tadlock was call'd
up and after some debate it was laid over untill next Conference

Dismiss'd by prayer etc.

Fryday before the 1st Lords day in Aprill 1806. After preaching by
Elder Gillam met in conference

I On motion Bro. Thomas Speller was chosen Moderator.

II On motion a door was opned for reception of new members.

III On motion the Buyseness respecting Bro. David Miers was again called up
was taken under consideration and he Excluded.

IV On motion Elder Spivey & Bro. Geo. Outlaw was appointed Delig=
=ates to our next Association, and that we send by there hands Two
Dollars to the fund, and that Bro. Tho. Speller write a Letter of
Corespondence to the same & present to next Conference.

V Elder's Gillam & Ross Pettion'd for a Letter of Dismission Elder Gillam
to Join the Church at Outlaw's Chapple & Ross to Join the Church
at Log Meeting House, which was granted.

VI On motion that Brethren Thos. Speller & Benjm. Folk be a Commitee
to Examine the Treasure Acct. & report to next Conference.
