Aaron Spivey, Jona. Spivey, Sutton, Ross & Gillum and that
they Examine into the Charge & report next Conference --

IV On motion Bro. George Outlaw be appointed to Suceed Bro.
Thomas Speller in the Clerks office --

V On motion by Elder Spivey that the Church call upon Bros.
Ross, Gillum & Jordan to know there willingness to be ordaned
as Itinerant preachers etc. laid over untill next Conference

VI On motion by Bro. Gillum that as Sister Davis is sick and
verry unable to support herself with the nessaryes of life it
is therefore agreed that the Deacons enquire into the needs of
Sister Davis & report to next Conference --

VII On motion ordered that a Sitation be sent to Bro. T. Brogdon
to attend next conference & give Satisfaction to the Church
in a charge exhibited against him --

VIII On motion Ordered that Bro. Grigory be appointed to Superentend
the Sloping under the House & Cleaning the Well and report
the Expence to next conference

IX After preaching the church was called upon to hear the
Dealings of the Lord upon the Soul of a Negro Woman
of Sister Rhodes (Rachell) also a Negro Woman of Mrs.
Rascoes (Grace) and was received --
