Moved that one scholarship for each school
be extened to students in Stinceon[?] Institute, Piedmont
High School, Gastonia[?] Graded School, Fayetteville Graded
School and New Burn[?] Graded School. Said scholarships
to be on same terms and conditions as other scholar-
ships open to Graded Schools and Academies.
