Moved that recommendation no 1 of Pres.
Poteat's report be adopted - J B Richardson.
This is referred to Com: Richardson, Oatsand
Johnson to consider and report.

Moved that a committee be appointed to
consult Prof. Mills with a view of ascertaining
whether it would be agreeable to him to be
[* L R Millls *] appointed Professor Emeritus, to do such works[?]
as he may be inclined to do and to receive
such salary as may be agreed on by the Board ;
also, that the committee consult with the man-
agers of the Carnegie Fund for ages Professors,
with a view of receiving a place for Prof. Mills
among the beneficiaries of that fund.

Moved that a committee be appointed on
the alternative conditions presented by the General
Education Board in view of the conditions adopted
by this Board July 20, 1906.
