31 To Make Litell Bisskets

Take halfe a poundpd of fine flower dry it well, put to it 3 quarters of
a poundpd of fine shuger beaten & sifted of Lemmon peale cut small mix all
these together then take 7 eggs leveing out 3 whits put to the eggs the
Lemmon peall & a Litell rosewatter so beat the eggs withwth a whisk whitce it
coms all to frath & put it to the flower & shuger & beath them together
