This and following pages contain shorthand notes which do not appear to be Pitman (I am an accomplished Pitman writer and do not recognise any of the shorthand used in this diary, it may be Gregg or some other type) Maybe another volunteer may have expertise in other shorthand?
Miles does indeed use a lesser known shorthand. It has been deciphered by Dorothy Hayes previously. See notes attached to FL10035811.
