Harewood awhile after tea.

Bright and warm in the
morning, mercury up to 94 at
noon; a gust came up between
2 and 3 o'clock very hard rain
with- thunder and lightening,
and wind, very severe at
some places. Uncle JOshua
Russell came to dinner, and
staid until 4 1/2 oclock called
at Harewood from here: Lucy at
S.S. after supper; Frank and
Harry Nelson here all morning
helping work corn.
