Does W Moore have any other office? 2nd

Not any other that I can trace [Obet]

On whose recommendation was he appointed? The Bench See 50/6068 herewith Is the Governor General empowered to summons him? 8.

The IV Clause of the Act 5 Wm. IV No1. authorises the appointment of Inspectors- but is silent as to their removal. It has been usual however in the removal of a Chief Constable for his situation as such -and conjointly with which he held the appointment of Inspector of Slaughter Houses, to remove him from the latter also. 17 Oct
