Sir,
In reply to your Letter of the 1st inst. No. 32/92, Stating that (50) Fifty Prisoners were to be forwarded to Moreton Bay Per Brig Governor Phillip and requesting to be informed whether any Horses can be Sent down by her,
I have the honor to inform you, that in consequence of the quantity of Provisions, Stores &c required to be forwarded by this opportunity Two Horses only can be taken on Deck

On the 25 Nov'r 1830 there was an order given to send 6 Horses to Moreton Bay as opportunities offered and only 2 have since been sent.
