In Richmond Hustings Court, December 9, 1851.
On the motion of Dilcy and her children William, John
Richard, Robinette, Elvira and Edward Henry, persons of
colour, emancipated since 1806, who desire to obtain
permission to remain in this Commonwealth and reside in
this city, it is ordered that the Justices of this Court be
summoned to attend here on Thursday next, to hear
and decide on said application.
