NB. The above Grains are not propagated by the Inhabitants of the Sea Coast,
as they have more profitable Objects to take in hand, therefore rather purchase,
what they want of the above Articles; but the back Settler's rather plant, than
purchase them.

IV Climates on the South of the AEquatorl also in the
three, viz, I.II. and III Climates North of the AEquator,
and prosper equally alike, are

East FLorida, as far North as Hillsborough alias Ayes Inlet, in
Latitude e27 24, 45 by Observation, may, from the Nature of its Climate be
judged equal to the Climate of Paraguay, where the Lona terminates, which
produces the Torpic Plants, commonly called West Indian Products; for in
the Southernmost Extent of Paraguay the Sugar Cane is still cultivated viz:
in the IV Climate on the South side of the AEquator, and the Sugar, which is
manufactured
