The Woman's Club met in
special session Oct. 2nd, 1935.
with Mrs. T. S. Green presiding
to consider changes in the
by-laws. The Committee, with
Mrs. Ralph Gramling Chairman
recommended changes as
follows -

That the Club year run
from Jan to Dec. 31st inclusive
thus corresponding to the
State Federation year.
That the governing board
include the Junior Sponsor
and President, the Chairman
of Divisions and Parliamentarian.
That the system of nominat-
ing officers be changed
and put in charge of a
nominating committee.
That the quorum for
board meeting be 9 members
for club meeting 12 "
for annual election 25 ..

The President appointed
a nominating committee
as follows: Mrs. O. C. Parker,
chm., Mrs. Lois Boone, Mrs.
E. G. Rivers, Mrs. Fred Moore
& Mrs. J. G. Kellum.
