Call Board Meeting

July 13th, 1935.

At a call meeting of the Board
on July 13th, it was decided
to allow the Cotillion Club
the use of the club for dances
eight times during the year
at a reduction from $15 to $10.

was held at the Club House
Sept. 17th, Mrs. T. S. Green,
presiding.

Mrs. Green gave a few
words of greeting, expressing
her appreciation to the
Board members in their
cooperation with her.

The president recommended
that [Fox's?] rules of order
be adopted by the club -
moved and carried to
adopt same.

Moved and carried to
dispense with the year
book until January.

Motion made and carried
to appoint committee to
make by-laws for new
book.

It was recommended
that a membership drive
be made for Juniors as
well as the Senior Club.

Moved and carried to
accept dues from new
