August Metinge 1845 The Church met in conference and proced to business the case of Wm J Horton continued At the same time letters of dismission granted to Samuel P Horton and wife Caroline and Hansil Upchurch At the same time a charge was brought against Calvin Dunson a man of colour for lying bro Samuel Strickland to cite him September Metinge 1845 The Church met in conference at Hephizbah The case of Wm J Horton taken up and excommunicated The case of Calvin Dunson continued December Metinge 1845 The Church met in conferrence at Hephzibah the case of Calvin Dunson continued At the same time a charge against Jo and Ben for stealing and Liza for the sin of fornication and all searvants of Alsey Nicols and bor Harry Nicols to cite them At the same time letter of dismission granted to Timmothy Medlin Resolved that on the first Saturdya in January the Church meet for the purpose of choding her Paster And met accordingly and chose elder James Dennis
