Thursday, August 21, 1919

A good day. The men folks
moved some tobacco & cut
some for Mr. Owen.

Jim & Ben will stay at the
barn tonight. Henry is with
Jim now. Edna is bad off with
colde. Carries baby is not well.

Josie got dinner with a little
help. Nellie caned some tomatoes
this morning. This evening she
went to Mr. Woodings and
got some grapes. Miss Willie
Wooding
& Miss Annie Carter
come with her home on a buggy.

I went to George Blairs.
Lottie Craddock & her little baby
is over there. Miss Alice
Hubbard
& Ada Hutcherson
and Susie Hutcherson was
there. They had water mellons &
peaches and grapes.
