A beautiful day. The men
worked in the tobacco all day.
They say that the worms are
very bad.

Josie caned six cans of
corn and tomatoes.

This evening Ben carried
Josie, Edna, & Franklin and
Mabel to Mr Jim Powers
to see Mrs Fletcher Car &
children. Ben said he did
not get out of the car.
I know he did not stay long
any where. Tonight Ben &
Henry has gone after them.

I sent 8 chickens for
Miss Anna Hubbard.

Have ironed some this evening.
