Warren & Berger come but no crowd to speak to.
A beautiful day. We all staid at home until noon. Then Ben & family and I went to Jim Powers. They had company both olde and young. Acie and Hessie Anderson, George Blair, Charles Harvey, and Miss Virginia Moses; Ben and his crowd and I; Mr Walter Car, & Mr Jo Hobson.
I have not seen any of Marvins folks today. I miss them most (much) as I would my folks at home.
Elsie East called me this evening and said she could get a horse to take me fishing. I was a fraid to go. A fraid it would rain and it did. I was glad that we did not go. Hope that some day I can go but so many things happen. I may never go a gain. Eula Mayhew is home tonight to stay with Edna. Mr Mayhew got his truck in mud so that Jim & Ben had to help him get it out.
A good day. Ben shucked corn about all day. Jim until dinner. Then he went to the mill at White Falls. He carried Franklin with him. Josie commenced a dress for herself to day. I went to Cedar Forest. Elsie East carried me. She had a horse and buggy. We fished a while. Did not catch any thing worth anything. We had a good time any way.
