A good day.

Ben and Paul worked tobacco all day. I washed a little this morning. Josie churned and got dinner. Baked a cake. This evening she washed the dining room floor.

George Worsham come here this evening assessing property. I planted sunflower seed this evening.

Tonight Ben has gone to Marvins to try and mend the freezer. Hope he can get it mended.

A good day there was frost this morning. The men finished cutting corn. Henry and Luke finished the corn while the others shocked. Josie got dinner.

I picked a few beans this evening. Josie sulphered some apples and made some pickle.

I dug a few potatoes and cut the sun flowers. To night Ben and Marvin has gone to Strait Stone for plow points.
