Started to go to the
New York car with a
Sergant on the way
was attacked with
vertigo or rush of Blood
to my head which rendered
me insensable they
carried me to the tent
of the chap of the 67th
I remained their until
I could be removed
I was brot over by 4 of
our men about 9 oclk
at night
