We had a hard cloud
last night at midnight.
Lot of hard thunder and
a hard rain and some wind.
The land is washed level
in some places. Ben and
Jim and Mr. Booker went
to Mr. Eleck Hutchersons
and prised up some
rock for cap rock on
flues in the barn. They
were hot and tierd when
they got home. Henry
and Hugh Brumfield
and Mr. Mayhew and some
of his boys went seign.
They did not catch
much. The creek was so
mudy and high.
Edna and Franklin and Mabel
went to Mr. Mayhews
a little while. They had
a nice time. They come
home and brought water
and wood.
