The parties above named, eight in number, were ne-
-cessary witnesses to prove the disorderly conduct of Cole-
-man and others had the case been gone into, but as
they pleaded guilty and threw themselves on the mer-
-cy of the court,-their services for the day have never-
-theless to bepaid for.

Mr Sousters travelling expenses would be 7/-
vez 3/- for return ticket,-and a cab at each end, - the others rode or walked.
