With reference to my letter of the 10th instant
apprizing you of the conviction of the parties above
named - each in Penalties & Costs amounting to £6. - and
that William Danby had paid £6.

have now each paid the like amount and have been
liberated from Gaol ----- viz

he has not yet acknowledged the receipt thereof.
