Acquainting that Board of Trade have decided not proceed
further against the 3 men within mentioned. JS.

Danby before the Magistrates assembled at Leaven
on the 8th Instant in respect of some wreck
Tallow removed by him from the Coast.
I forward the above sum by the directions of Mr
O Dowd Solicitor, Merchant Shipping Department
Customer House, London. Please acknowledge Receipt.
