I beg to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of yesterdays date reporting that the Dutch Galliot "[?Maria Jana Jacob a Barendina]" is ashore at Kilnsea Gap and to acquaint you that the Dutch Consul has Telegraphed the same to the owner from whom a reply is expected tomorrow - when you shall be apprized of the result - The Master who is in Hull - is to call here tomorrow
