message from the Board of Trade
[?] him that; in accordance
with his request; a message had been
sent to you not to allow the "Perta" to
be removed to Hartlepool till the arrival
of the Master and crew who are expected
here on Monday from Antwerp [in] since
the receipt of [chart] message he has seen
a party from the [moorer] at Liverpool;
who was with you yesterday; and
who no doubt had left you before you
received instructions from the Board of
Trade - as before mentioned; and in
consequence of the interview with that
Gentleman, he has requested me to say
he will thank you not to [notice] the
said instructions from the Board of Trade
but to act on the instructions and com-
unications you received from the
authorised agent from the owner at
Liverpool; he; the Spanish Consul
having acted only in consequence
of a Telegraph message from the
Spanish Counsul at Antwerp; He
therefore now begs to withdraw from
all [intereference] in the matter

accompanies him is stated to be
the officer; They have satisfied the
Spanish Consul here of that fact
by having been forwarded to him
