have his claim in respect of the said Manor accordingly

stamp affixed & to return the Bond & the papers to the C & C
at Hull, the stamp duty should be paid by the Owners, I
doubt if £125 will prove sufficient to cover Receivers Fees, Expenses
&c, if not immediate application should be made for them
