22nd A good day. Ben & Jim worked
on grain land all day. Ben went to
Johnson Reynols and got
a little beef. He went while the
horses eat their dinner. Josie is some
better off to day. To day was my
birth day. I am 74 years old. Carrie
gave me a pair of bedroom slippers and
Edna gave me a kiss since [?] she had nothing
to give me. Carrie and the little
children come a while this evening.
I was so glad they come.
