The new sink in kitchen on upper floor was enclosed by a wood casing, with cupboard doors fitted therein. The water supply and drain pipes for the sink, on outside of building, were enclosed in a box. A small milk closet was made in the cellar.
Posts with a board rail at top were put up for a barb wire fence, commencing where the east boundary fence crosses the road and running west along the south side of the road to the bluff; then southerly along the top of the bluff to the south end of the east boundary fence. The wire will be placed on when it is delivered by the tender.
A double gate was placed in the fence near the west end of the road and opposite the site of the new barn.
