A good day. The men
hauled manure and drilled
it in the land for tobacco.
Jim cleaned the stalls.
The children that go
school went.
Mabel staid out
doors nearly all day.
I have dodged about
most of the day.
Lelia Ward come this
morning. She got a hen
for her washing.
Had postal from
Carrie. She said that all
was sick at her house
except the baby.
I do hope they may
soon get well.
Today has bin warm.
Mabel has gone to bed.
