Saturday, June 28, 1919

A good day. A cool east wind
all day. Ben & Owen choped a
little in the tobacco. The land two
wet to work.

Josie got dinner. I did not do
much of any thing.

This evening Ben & the children
and I and Beatriss Owen went
to Strait Stone to a lawn
party. They solde ice cream.
I enjoyed it all. Mrs. Car
was there. They had a big
crowd. Could of solde as much
more cream if they had it.

Marvin and his crowd was
there. We got home about sundown.
Josie got supper. I milked.

Irvin Harvey rode Bens colte
to Strait Stone.
