A good day. The men
worked tobacco all day. Marvin
helped them this evening.

Josie ironed all the morning.
I watered and covered
some potatoe slips this morning.
I got most of the dinner.
We had peas & beets
for dinner to day.

This evening Josie and I
went to Marvins.
Josie staid with the
children. Kate Harvey
and Carrie and I went
for straw berries. Did not
find many. I have bin
cappin some to night.
