A clear day and very colde
for this time of the year.
The men folks worked on their
corn land all day.

Josie got some plant bed salit
for the first time this year.
She bake some ginger cakes
this morning. Light bread this
evening. I washed some today.
Hived a swarm of bees this
evening. They were so colde they
could hardly fly.

I am a fraid that there will be
a killing frost to night.
