A good day. Ben went to
Eanes to work. Jim plowed.
Ben come home and went
for the teacers. Miss Fergerson
& Miss Treer & Effie Brumfield.
The proffesor did not come.
John Brumfield come this
evening. I am glad that
he come. Ben carried the
ladies home. Josie went
with him. Josie cooked
supper for them.

Marvin went to John
Smiths this evening. Carried
all the children. I went
as far as Mr Johnsons.
Paul Smith and I staid
at the river. Marvin
bought four pigs from
Mr John Smith. Hope he
may have good luck with
them.
