Saturday June 25, 1921

A good morning. Rain this
evening. Ben & Jim helped
Marvin get up some hay
then Marvins folks helped
thin corn until they finished.

Josie got dinner. I picked
a few black berries. I caned
a half gallon & had all they
would eat for dinner
and supper. I sowed some
on a quilt this evening.
I slept a long nap
after dinner. Something
I dont often do.

Well we are all glad of
the good rain that come
this evening.

John has come to night.
I am glad.
